Green transition: ECB and budgetary authorities should face their responsibilities

Reforming the rules for coordinating budgetary and economic policies in the eurozone is a necessity to conciliate economic, social and climate objectives.

La stabilité des politiques monétaires se trouve menacée par le  réchauffement climatique, comme vient de le souligner la BCE. Une situation qui devrait inciter les politiques à modifier les règles du semestre européen, pour prendre en compte la résilience face au changement climatique.
